Thank you so much for doing such a professional job at defining the Southern property line and
easement boundaries of my property on Mohler Dr. Your procedures were very thorough and
your drawings have clearly provided me with the information I needed to begin my garage
addition. ‘-
Bruce, I especially appreciate the trust you placed in me. Even though you had not yet been paid.,,_
in full for your services, you performed your skills on good faith. In addition, you stuck to our
original agreement of $2000 even though the completed job was more work than I realized.
Bruce you are a rare and honest man. It is truly an honor to know you.

I am enclosing a check hr $1,400 which brings your total payment to $2,500 (I previously sent
you checks for $300 and $800). I am paying you an extra $500 because I value your work and
feel that you deserve more than our original agreement. I hope this meets with your approval._ ,
We will certainly think of you every time we cross our property line on our wayThank you once again;Bruce. I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you again some day.
